VENUE & FINANCE COMMITTEE
Chair: JAPHET TOLOSA
What To Do:
-Follow up all committees/tasking/food pledges
-Follow up all concerned person with assigned tasks
-Invites guest mentors
-Facilitate txt brigade & online solicitations
-Facilitate venue payment, budget, raffle prizes, (souvenirs) etc.
-Follow up Invitations, registration & program
-Follow up marketing/purchasing of food/drinks stuff, etc.
-Facilitate house to house invitations/coordinate with Christy
-Follow up all things that may be necessary upon to do so
-Finalize committees for Big Day
INVITATION & PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Chair: CHRISTY NAVARRA
What To Do:
-Prepare/layout/print invitations
-Make time table deadline of distribution (Deadline Dec. 23)
-Distribution of invitations/txt brigade
-Double check sent invitations (December 26)
-Finalize program & raffle mechanics
-Handles program flow, raffle/coordinate with Japhet for prizes
-Prepare attendance/registration sheets for tabulators
-Instruct/Assist tabulators in attendance sheets
-Coordinate with the committees
-Other things that may be necessary upon to do so
ARTIST COMMITTEE
Chair: HERMIE DE MATEO
What To Do:
- Lay out tarpaulin banner
- Coordinate with Christy for tarp text info & editing
- Coordinate with Japhet for final printing
- Handles tarp hanging in the venue on or before the event
- Other things that may be necessary upon to do so
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Chair: MARK LEYSON
What To Do:
- Make a Radio Announcement
- Facilitate to Radio Stations
- Facilitate hanging of streamers upon approved by the principal
- Handles program flow/coordinate with Christy
- Assign task in program such as speakers/welcome & closing speeches
- Acknowledges the solicitors, guest mentors & participants etc.
- Other things that may be necessary upon to do so
REGISTRATION/ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE
Chair: GRACE JASMIN
Members: JOANNE, JANE, BILLY JANE & VANESSA
What To Do:
- Welcome guests & guest mentors arrival
- Leis for guests mentors (if possible)
- Facilitate attendance sheet
- Tabulates the attendance sheet for raffle
- Coordinate with Japhet & Christy
- Final tabulation & documentation
- Other things that may be necessary upon to do so
FOOD & SETTINGS COMMITTEE
Chair: CHARLETTE C. ORBIEN
Members: MARK MACAVINTA, ADAM ANOS & JANE TAMBA
All other concerned members
What To Do:
-Follow up all committees who pledge food
-Check venue for set-up/arrangement
-Match up with the concept (Cocktail/Hawaiian)
-Provide necessary decoration/materials in the venue
-Facilitate marketing & food preparation
-Coordinate with Japhet & Christy
-Follow up all necessary things prior to the event
SOUNDS & DRINKS COMMITTEE
Chair: RIO LEYSON
Members: RONALD GOMEZ, JOHN RONALD REGALADO & RAYMUND VALENCIA & All other concerned members
What To Do:
-Check power connections in venue
-Provide technical needs (microphone, sounds & music)
-Facilitate purchases & delivery of drinks
-Liable to the safety, convenience & comfort in the venue
-Assists guest mentors arrival & exit of venue
-Ushers guests/assist motorcycle parking space if possible
-Other things that may be necessary upon to do so
RAFFLE COMMITTEE
Chair: JAPHET TOLOSA
Members: CHRISTY NAVARRA & MARK LEYSON
Tabulators: GRACE, JOANNE, VANESSA, JANE, & BILLY JANE
RAFFLE PROCEDURE
- Fill up attendance sheet correctly.
- Tabulates the number of participants who are capable to join the raffle.
- The raffle has 3 categories which are: single ladies, bachelors & double ups (married)
- Each category has 2 winners provided with prizes respectively.
- Each category participants will pick rolled papers with surprise graphic.
- The participants who pick the smiley graphic are declared winners.
- Every winning participant is prized as follows:
2 winners for SINGLE LADIES – 1 prize each
2 winners for BACHELORS – 1 prize each
2 winners for double Ups – 1 prize each
NOTE:
