As we treasure our summer memories.

For friendship that outpours the day.

Rainy days came, which I never pondered of,
Leaves were drifted out, flowers worn out.
Birds no longer sing with the wind,
Ocean waves are still, calm & quiet.

Nature & heavens wept with me,
Never thought of the sun’s setting.
Out of my control, it’s bound to pause,
I know nothings certain…

With the memories we’ve shared,

Nothing beats a Boracay summer treat, the pride of Aklan. Beyond the alluring sunset, fine white sands, pristine blue water, and mystical wild nightlife…an island paradise captures the heart of the world. God is so good, and Aklanons were very blessed. That’s how Boracay means to me!

ULTIMATE HAVEN

For beach lovers like me, ultimate haven goes by the name ‘Boracay’. As the sun sets, the island transforms into one exciting hot night of dancing and partying…from dusk till dawn. I keep on coming back every summer. It’s something I shouldn’t miss. I just love the fabulous walk strolling the beachfront & stopping by the souvenir shops at daytime; get wacky pictures with some friends; take a moonlight dip in a night swimming; the memories of the awesome sand castles; the playful lights around; and fine dining…so amazing!

I LOVE IT!

The memories we earn in every stage of our lives are like footprints in the sand. The drastic changes are like waves that wipe away those footprints. But our hearts, which store all our memories, no matter what change may come, are like the sea level – never changing, still, deep and pristine.

We are facing waves of changes. However, those are exhilarating and in no way supposed to be feared of. Friends may walk out the door, but surely won’t walk out in our hearts. Like the footprints in the shore that were wiped away by the waves, the memories were fragments in the bottom of our hearts. It will grow & live forever!

God has tested us with hard times yet blessed us with good times. All this that we have shared will be indelible no matter how far life will lead us.

RHEANN

"picture speaks louder than words"

ENJOY! The first and last word as long as were together. This time, even better. In a different light…brilliant at that! Yes, it’s no secret, RHEYEN and I have been and still we are, SPECIAL FRIENDS, through the years…

Ours is a special friendship that needs no reasons. Beyond words, distances and silence…we know, we love & understand each other. So far, so good! We are enjoying whatever it is that we have right now. That I couldn’t wish for more but to let the happiness stay consistent. I love having the thought that he will always be Rheyen in my life.

As in sobrang saya makasama ang taong matagal mo ng hindi nakasama at sobrang miss mo na. Tapos nung magkasama kami ni Yhen ulit, parang di nagkaroon ng gap…tuloy-tuloy lang kung how we were before, ganun pa rin. Mas lalo pa naming nakikilala at mas naiintindihan each others changes & indifferences. Kung ano na kami ngayon after high school, we remain simple & humble as we can be.

FRIENDSHIP, our best foundation! Our views, moods, interests and desires meet & one reason why we hit it off, well because were both smart & open-minded enough to a lot of things. We have matured in the sense that we have grown very comfortable with each other. It’s been 8 years of comforting, fun, nurtured and well-adjusted special friendship that we have.

We are at this point that we’re more open with each others feelings. He was able to open up, share hopes, experiences, laughing about something or talking about someone. We bring out the best & wish each other well. We are enjoying each other’s company and keep in touch. Uhhmm…what we’ve been through in terms of how superb, sweet, showy and expressive si Yhen towards me, is something very admirable!

I realize that when you’re with someone whose place in your heart can never be filled with someone else, you can’t deny at sabihing wala lang ‘to. I am talking here of real emotion. I just can’t hide it, dapat e-express na lang & just be myself. If you talk about special friendship, you don’t think about the past, failures or any future possibilities. You just have to rely on the happiness you feel right now!

That happiness can be sure enough reason to see reasons clearly. It’s like, something beautiful is happening to me and Rheyen is that certain person who is the source of this happiness I feel….yeah, I’m into it & I guess this is it! I’ll enjoy & celebrate this and feel the magic coz it’s obviously here.

Yhen, wherever this will bring us to, were just going to go with the flow of the special friendship we’ve made in our hearts. Were very happy and I think, that’s the most important thing. My goal is to get through whatever changes come our way. I will always be the same Ann you used to know. Someone who appreciate all things you’ve done, someone who is sweet and caring; a girl with an open heart who trust you so much; someone who puts a smile and even laughter on your face and inspires you in whatever you do; someone who firmly believes in you and wishing you always well; someone who encourages you through life’s ups and downs and who will always be there for you.

Thank you for being Rheyen in my life. Thank you for being so caring and genuine. Thank you for the happiness and joy you brought into my life. Thank you for letting my family feel comfortable with you.

We don’t even need to talk to communicate with each other. By just being together, staring, or cuddling, we can sense each other’s thoughts and inner feelings. We’ve been satisfied with whatever connection that we have as long as it stays.
